The War Memorial at the small but impressive chapel is shaped as a shield and consists of an elaborate brass plate with a wooden backing. There are six names are all on the Stourbridge Borough Memorial.
The dedication reads:

IN AFFECTIONATE REMEMBRANCE
OF THE MEN OF THIS CHURCH
WHO FELL IN
THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918
