Enville Street chapel belonged to the Primitive Methodists and its site has recently been developed for housing. The Memorial is an elaborate and decorated wall plaque, which incorporates a rectangular panel containing the dedication and the four names, together with a wreath above. Its location is now unknown.
The dedication reads:
IN PROUD AND LOVING MEMORY
OF
THE MEMBERS OF THIS CHAPEL
WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918
