Dudley Grammar School memorial stands beside the old grammar school building close to the original dedication stone which commemorated its opening in July 1898. It is a stepped four sided column standing on a broad base incorporating a wreath. Two of the three long metal panels display the 61 names and the front panel contains the dedication.
